Born and brought up in the holy city of Puri, Shyama Daitapati belongs to the Daitapati Sevak family, who have been serving Lord Jagannath for generations.
With deep devotion and respect for temple traditions, he has dedicated his life to helping devotees connect directly with the Lord. His warm guidance and honest service have made countless devotees feel spiritually fulfilled during their visit to the Jagannath Temple.
From Normal Darshan to Special Darshan, Flag Tying (Patitapabana Bana), Anna Daan, and other sacred rituals — he ensures every wish of the devotee reaches the Lord’s feet with devotion and dignity.
